AdMob shows violation of "Site Behavior: Navigation"

I have been warned that my app violated the policy of "Site Behavior: Navigation".

After review my app I don't think my app has any violation based on those rules

  • False claims of downloadable or streaming content
  • Linking to content that does not exist
  • Redirecting users to irrelevant and/or misleading webpages
  • Text on a page unrelated to the topic and/or business model of the website.
```

the "Contact Us" email button is broken so I can't reach the AdMob support team.

And I tried to submit the review with asking for more information, 
the AdMob team just rejected it again and again

It would be great if there's more detail about the violation like app screenshots.

Any help?

Thank you for the detailed write up. However, I'm afraid that we can only support technical code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK.

For policy related concern, it would be best to reach out to our Product Support Team as they are the appropriate channel that could give better insights regarding on this.

If you are unable to reach out to the product support team, please try the below email option:

- Navigate to https://support.google.com/admob/gethelp?issue_description=contact+us

- In the first prompt click `Other` and `Next step`

- In the second prompt click `Next step`

- The email option should be available

The email option isn't available that way, and hasn't for quite a while. Please update your support scripts to match what is actually published by your organization.

Hi,

Like AndreasB said, when I click the "Email" button, it just shows "Something went wrong. Please try again."

I've also posted the question in the Community, but there's no informative response.

Can you provide a valid support channel so I can get more information from AdMob support team?

Hello, I have exactly the same problem as you. Support has not been reachable for months.. I have offered several new versions of my game and it is always refused.. It has been 2 months now that all ads have been blocked and on all my applications in addition, it becomes absurd. If anyone has a solution to reach a human person from google that would be great..

As we are bringing the revenue to Google, I think that we deserve to be treated better and communicate with a real person and not with auto-reply scripts. My advise to everyone is to make a LinkedIn look-up for people working in AdMob department and contact them directly via that or any other social network.
