Why GA4 events, such as ad_click and ad_impression, be missing in BigQuery?

For Android applications, statistical data is accumulated in Firebase (FB). Using native integration, this data is transferred from FB to GA4. Additionally, data streaming to BigQuery is set up in GA4. Why might built-in GA4 events, such as ad_click and ad_impression, be missing in BigQuery, despite their presence in GA4 reports? Meanwhile, other AdMob events like app_clear_data and app_update are present in the BigQuery export.
