Hi there,
It was mentioned that since legacy AdMob is shutting down, so all out-standing earnings will be transferred to accounts before 31st Aug, even though they have not reached the threshold.
Our payments are still outstanding and we have not received any payment notification yet. We have $10 in our earning pool.
