Hello. experts.
We are looking for help and advice. I'd be very grateful if you could help us solve our problems.
We make a mobile game for IOS, Android. It's a game that contains advertisements from Google Admob, but there's a problem.
We got alert from Google Admob for 'Site Behavior: Navigation' and warned that it's violation of Google Admob policy. But we don't know what part of our game is violating Google Admob's policy.
They gave us some guidelines to solve our problems, and fix about violation of Google Admobs policy, but we don't understand.
We are trying really hard to follow the guidelines but this warning is a bit confusing for us, we don't know what to change / how.
- False claims of downloadable or streaming content
- Linking to content that does not exist
- Redirecting users to irrelevant and/or misleading webpages
- Text on a page unrelated to the topic and/or business model of the website.
I wonder if the following list can give examples of frequent violations in mobile games.
And Our game is developing app, so it can't be released or upload here, I'll leave some open information of our game to ask for help.
1. We are using Reward-compensated and banner ads.
2. Our game is horizontal view, and ad banner location is top side.
3. Banner size is followed the guidelines.
4. Reward-compensated ad is using different buttons in the game, and it does not perform any functions other than watching the ad.
5. Previously, they added full-page ads and video ads that appear stochastic when accessing games, but were removed in the process of searching for problems after the 'Site Behavior: Navigation' alert.
Is there any problem with any of these? If not, we want you to let us know which part to suspect.
Our game is not yet to service and is not profitable at the moment, but we have to hurry up and finish this issue for the upcoming service opening.
Plz, we really want to ask for help :(..
