Old Admob still retaining my money

I have upgraded my Admob account 'successfully' when I had $99 in my account. I tought I was going to have this money when I reach $1 in new Admob but it didn't happen. Now I have $99 in old account + $89 in my new account. Will I ever receive my $99? Will I receive only when I reach $100 in new account?

Does anyone have been through this?
