Rewarded Ad Timer Freezes - Users Unable to Receive Reward

I'm experiencing an issue with rewarded ads where the countdown timer occasionally freezes during playback. When this happens, users are unable to receive their reward regardless of any action they take (waiting, tapping the screen, etc.).

   • The App ID and Ad Unit ID linked to the mediation networks you mentioned.
   • A screen recording clearly demonstrating the countdown timer freezing during video playback.
