I am trying to verify my admob account getting an automated response loop from google

My ads stopped serving on my apps because I didn't receive the verification pin in the mail from Google. When I go to the dashboard to get it resent I am met with the above message in the picture. When I contact support like suggested I get this email back.
"Thanks for the email. Unfortunately, based on your location, we can't accept official documents as proof of your address.

If you haven't received your replacement PIN within four weeks of your last PIN request, you can request another replacement PIN. Learn how to request a new PIN.

Most publishers receive their PIN within 2-4 weeks of the mailing date, but in some unusual cases it may take longer to reach you depending on the postal service in your location. We recommend contacting your local post office to verify that there are no problems delivering to your address.

Also, please make sure your payment address is correct. If you need to make any changes, just follow these steps.

Thanks for your patience with our payment process.

I am then sent through the loop of going back to the dashboard and trying again only to get this automated response over and over again.

I am at a loss. I need to get these ads back up and running but am unable to request a new pin. I posted elsewhere but got no response. 

Please help!

Hello! The thing is I’ve already tried the help forum twice and have gotten no response whatsoever. Here’s an example of my post: “https://support.google.com/admob/forum/AAAAtCq5E_IhRKSE7YROeU/?hl=en
Any idea what I can do to get someone to respond?
