iOS app GDPR ADMOB screen, what to modify

I got Apple review query asking me about this screen, along with questions:

1. Is the data collected by your app shared with any third-party data brokers?
2. Is the data collected by your app linked with third-party data for marketing or advertising purposes?
3. When users access web content in your app, are cookies collected for tracking purposes on iOS?.

I honestly find this consent box by ADMOB overwhelming where in there is no SELECT ALL/DESELECT ALL. 

All I do in my app is initialize with GADApplicationIdentifie, supply the AD unit ID, and let the ads load and play.

The GDPR SWITCHES it has ON - what should I fill up in N privacy boxes of Apple App store review? What is the interpretation of those in App privacy review section of App Store app metadata?

Several generic advices say: Hire a privacy lawyer. Being an indie dev, I honestly have no time or money to fund such an adventure. I doubt it has any accuracy guarantee, and I am sure this problem has been solved before.

Hi Nirav,

Apple requires that developers publishing apps on the App Store disclose certain information regarding their apps' data use. Apple has announced that these disclosures will be required for new apps and app updates starting December 8, 2020.
