interstitial banners on the Windows phone 8 platform

We started to use Admob interstitial banners on the Windows phone 8 platform, while the interstitial is displayed perfectly fine on various Android versions with Windows phone we experience an incomplete display of the banner and a major shift to the right.

Please explain to me how to properly integrate on Windows phone, because obviously with this form of display I am loosing advertising revenue.

In addition to the display bug, which makes interstitials unusable, there is a bug with interstitials and HTML5 apps.  When the interstitial is dismissed, it forces the web browser control to reload.

Is there any update on this bug please? Windows phone guy has just ignored my app because of it.
