Verify PIN after account disabled

dear, I received my PIN via post office one day after my account was disabled because I did not enter the PIN.
I received an email stating that my PIN verification deadline has been extended for another 3 months, however upon entering the AdMob site, the PIN verification link does not appear, only a link to contact support! How do I proceed to enter my PIN in this situation !?
