Getting Error Code 3 since 3 days on test ad keys

Dear Google team,

Hi, I am facing a problem Error Code 3 (ad request was sent but there is no ad in the inventory) while I run my app on test devices. I have checked Google's sample project AppOpenExample Java, it works perfectly fine with the same test keys. 

The app i am testing is quite old and I will share its package name when required but for testing purpose I am using all test IDs mentioned below:

App ID: ca-app-pub-3940256099942544~3347511713

Banner: ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/9214589741
Interstitial: ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/1033173712
App Open: ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/9257395921
Native: ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/2247696110

Any help in the matter would be highly appreciated.

We appreciate the clear explanation of your issue. Since you're only encountering this problem when using your  package name in the application, could you please provide charles logs via reply to author option? This will help us investigate further.

Thanks for replying to my query. Actually this is occurring in every app that I test (not just the single one) and I have also asked developers working locally, all are facing this issue. If still required, I will share the Charles logs.

I was using Charles log to save logging session and thjs issue was resolved, an app open ad appeared on my screen and all the ads started to show fine. So the problem is resolved.
