You should be using separate ad unit IDs for each platform. In the AdMob front end, you should create a new "Application" for each platform, and then set up an ad unit inside each app.

Hi Eric,I have another doubt in Google admob. My apps are in Amazon store so now i block Google Play store app link , how can i block fully Google play Store from my Amazon apps please help me

The Mobile Ads SDK in Google Play services does work on Amazon's app store even though there is no Google Play services installed on the device. Other components in Google Play services such as maps or google play games may not work, but ads still will. The only caveat is you don't get the advantage of automatic updates to apps on amazon because there is no service that automatically gets updates. So to upgrade the SDK you need to compile a new version into your app. Thanks,
Eric

Hi Thaina,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Having different ad units for different platforms seems to be the standard across ad platforms in general. This separation of ad units also matter the most when it comes to ad performance reports, since you would have a far better gauge on the ad units if they are separated both by type (banner, interstitial, etc.), and by platform (Android, iOS).
That being said, feel free to create a new thread if you have a feature request in mind regarding this topic, and if you wish to expand on this in order to support said feature request.

Hi Thaina,
Thank you for providing additional input on your concern.
I'll bring this up for discussion with the rest of the team via a feature request. You may follow our blog or release notes (Android / iOS) for any future updates on this.
