My understanding of your concern is: You had to cancel your previous AdMob account (created with your personal email) so that you could continue using a new one with your other email. However, it seems that your new account is still asking you to cancel the old one, even if you already did cancel it. Is this correct?
If so, then I will recommend posting your concern over at the AdMob Help Center for further assistance, as we can only assist you in your technical concerns with the AdMob SDK on this forum. You may also want to use our troubleshooter for account-related concerns in order to diagnose your account-related issues.
