Many of the title and body have the ... in them - not all - even when they have enough space to display all of the texts!

Can you provide us a Charles logs for us to look into this? Also, were you able to reproduce with our sample apps first? The screenshot, however, does not indicate anything obvious to me and you might have to work with your CSS from your AdMob dashboard to set it right.

How do I provide you with Charles logs - I have never used it. I cannot run the sample apps (can only see it), because we are stuck using the old cocoapods (0.38.2) because of issues with the new cocoa-pods making our app at un-useable state. I cannot run the sample app with the old cocoapods.

But I have another screen shot with "..." being displayed and shortening the text from where it shouldn't because there is ample space. I only changed the font and line text for the body tho. I would be surprised I made that in my CSS.

I am afraid doing Charles session would break something in my iPhone and my Mac! (I already broke the cocoapod trying to run pod install for the default app). But, how could the this bug be my fault? I could see the preview for 300 by 400 in AdMob (or similar that I am using the ad for in my iOS app such as 290 by 410 etc) and the preview display all the texts (title and body) correctly without "..."! And in my app, this doesn't happen all the time, only sometimes the texts get displayed like that.

In addition, look how great it looks in preview. I can change the sizes + - 25 for the dimension I am using in iOS and it all works awesome in the preview. This is definitely a server bug. I am not doing anything fancy in my CSS.

In this Charles Log the above two AdMob native express ads were fetched. You can see the first image has "..." even when there is space for the title to be displayed. the second one gets displayed perfectly. I will post another charles log and screenshots of better examples right after this post.

This problem of "..." being displayed even when there is enough space only happens to App Install category. (I didn't receive any Video app install to my app and the content category gets displayed perfectly every time).

You can see the screen shot listed chronologically. The first screen shot has ... in the title! The second has ... in the body - body should display 3 lines tho if it can. In the Ads Preview at AdMob CSS template, you can see body label extends to 3 lines when it is long and the screen is narrow - for App Install category. The 3rd screenshot is the Content category. This gets displayed perfectly every time.

There is definitely server bug displaying title and body texts in the App Install category. I wasn't able to load the dramatically buggy ones like the earlier screenshots (because of chance), but I will keep look outs for it.

Debugging this problem is extremely easy. You should open safari web inspector where you can see that the cut text is being generated on the server and transmitted into JS function buildAdSlot. For example (Yandex.Taxi – order taxis ..) in the screenshot.
