Unexpected Exceptions in Log when Running App with Google Mobile Ads

Dear Google Ads Support Team,

I'm writing to inquire about some unexpected exception logs that appear in our app after integrating Google Mobile Ads. Although the app functions normally and the ads are displayed and clicked without issues, we have noticed several exceptions or error messages in the logs:

Adapter failed to render native ad.

1. Whether these logs could have any impact on the stability, performance, or ad serving of our app?
2. If these exceptions are internal or safe to ignore, or if they indicate a potential configuration or compatibility issue?

We would appreciate any insight into the cause of these logs and whether any action is required on our side.

As you’ve mentioned, there is no impact on ads serving. I would suggest kindly ignore these logs as of now and it may be due to SDK internal logging. There is no impact on the stability, performance, or ad serving of your app.

If you see any issue occurring with mediation kindly share below detail via reply to author option? for further investigation:

• App ID
• AdUnit ID
• Mediation Used
• Charles Logs
