Use the Advertising ID/IDFA, Can't get the advertising

HI,I add the test admob Id,but in my android devices ,I  can't get the ad. when I  use the test advertising id( //android:value="ca-app-pub-3940256099942544~3347511713"/>) ,I can get the  advertising   in the android devices, when I replace the test ad with product id,I can't get the  advertising .

Hi Vincent,

Could you please elaborate the details of your concern? Is the ad not showing upon app's ad request? If so, what error code are you getting when ads failed to load?

Hi vincent,

I work with Teejay and will assist you. The log indicates your Google play services is out of date and app measurement and OMID are failing. For us to investigate this further we will need to replicate your environment. Could you supply is with the following:
  • if this occurs in one of our sample apps with minimum modification
  • Play services version
  • app Id
  • ad Unit Id
  • any other replication steps
You may share this privately via Reply to author. Alternatively you may share with our test alias mobileads...@gmail.com with a post on this thread once you have done so.

Hi Vincent,

Thank you for giving me your Id's in private. When testing the Native ad in our Sample app just adding this line "System.out.println(error);" to "onAdFailedToLoad" callback then the result was I/System.out: domain: com.google.android.gms.ads, code: 3, message: Account not approved yet. <https://support.google.com/admob/answer/9905175#1 >. You may also check address verification with pin. If after these steps you still don't see ads in your test devices please respond on this thread.

Hi Aryeh Baker:
  You are right. I checked my account and found that there was no PIN, but I could not get it through the following methods
1、I checked my account and it was over $10
2、Perfect my account information, add mobile phone number
3、My country is in China and I in there
4、If you don't receive a PIN, you can log in to AdSense. On the AdSense homepage, find the PIN verification card and click "Verify".
But when I log on to AdSense, I can't find the PINverification card
5.I have consulted many friends, they said that in China, it is not easy to receive PIN by mail, they can tell you by phone.

Could you please check my account number and tell me the PIN by phone
