We have recently changed over to the new admob, and we can no longer edit the mediation settings for Android apps.
I am refering to the view seen after selecting "All Apps" from the Monetise Tab. From here, clicking on one app, and then pressing "Edit mediation" for one of the Ad units. Any attempts to edit always returns a blank screen and an exception is thrown which we can see in the browser console (see below for stack trace).

Strangely we do not have the same issue with IOS apps, whose mediation settings we can view/edit normally after clicking "Edit Mediation".

We have added a new Admob app, after the import of our existing apps into new admob, and this suffers the same problem. Likewise we already had an android app set up in the new admob before we imported our other apps from old admob, and pre-import this app's mediations settings could be viewed/edited, but no longer can be after the import.

Any help on this would be appreciated, as we have no idea how to solve the issue, and can no longer create useful new ad units for our Android apps, as we can not edit their mediation settings. Likewise we can not edit the mediation settings of our existing apps.

I have searched round and can find no one else that seems to suffering a similar issue, and we have no idea why it is affecting us. Maybe because our import included apps that have since been deactivated in google play. Maybe because we already had an app set up in new admob at the time we did the import.

We have tried four different browers (Crome, Firefox, IE, and Safari) and they all fail in the same way.

Thanks for any assistance.

The following is the stack trace that appears in the web console when we attempt to click "Edit Mediation" on any Android app. The IOS apps do not suffer this when we view/edit their settings.

Hi David,

I'm not even seeing any of your apps migrated on your new account. Did the account you migrate to have a different email address?

Thanks,
Eric
