Set alpha to 0 or < 0.5f for banner in android

Dear Admob Team.

I have one question.

i had develop a game, and i want set ad banner view alpha to 0.3f when the game change new level, may be this action take 3-5s, after that, i set alpha to 1 when the game load level completed.

can i do that. is it compliant with Admob policy ?
