iOS: impressions but 0 clicks in reports

Hi there,

Starting Nov 18th, our iOS app generates 0 clicks. The number of impressions remains pretty much the same. We double-checked and our app does display the ads. We clicked on them a number of times but the counter remains at zero (normally we get a few hundreds daily). There's also a drop in the eCPM rate. This is with version 7.67 of the SDK. 

Any ideas ?

Hi Christopher,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. So based on what you have said I have a few suggestions for you. First, we would advise against you touching any ads within your own app as this can send up red flags to our system for invalid traffic. Second, the fact that you are able to see ads in your app but not getting the expected return means that the SDK is working properly. But something may be wrong somewhere else. Third, because of the previously mentioned issue, we would suggest that you contact the AdMob Help Center as they are better able to handle issues related to ad performance.
