Admob sdk support please answer my questions.   And if possible, please write the answers to my questions under the same numbering as the question, so that it is clear which question was answered.

I want to clarify with you the functionality of the GDPR consent window and the consent window for US states.

Please give specific answers to these questions taking into account my settings in the Admob account:
1) I disabled (Programmatic limited ads), as you can see in file 1, so as not to show limited ads, and I disabled (Legitimate interest = Enable by default), as you can see in file 2. With these settings in the (Manage options) window, all sliders are disabled. If the user clicks the (Do not consent) button in the GDPR consent window from admob ump sdk, can he refuse the processing of his personal data?

2) I disabled (Programmatic limited ads), as you can see in file 1, to not show limited ads, and I disabled (Legitimate interest = Enable by default), as you can see in file 2. With these settings in the (Manage options) window, all sliders are disabled. If a user in the GDPR consent window from admob ump sdk clicks (Manage options), and then clicks (Confirm choices), without enabling anything in the settings, then can he refuse the processing of his personal data?

3) I disabled (Programmatic limited ads), as you can see in file 1, to not show limited ads, and I disabled (Legitimate interest = Enable by default), as you can see in file 2. With these settings in the (Manage options) window, all sliders are disabled. If the user in the GDPR consent window from admob ump sdk clicks the button (Do not consent), then can he refuse the collection and use of cookies?

4) I disabled (Programmatic limited ads), as you can see in file 1, to not show limited ads, and I disabled (Legitimate interest = Enable by default), as you can see in file 2. With these settings in the window (Manage options) all sliders are disabled. If the user in the GDPR consent window from admob ump sdk clicks (Manage options), and then clicks (Confirm choices), without enabling anything in the settings, then can he refuse the collection and use of cookies?

5) I disabled (Programmatic limited ads), as you can see in file 1, to not show limited ads. If the user in the consent window for certain US states from admob ump sdk clicks the button (Don't sell or share my data), then can he refuse the "sale" or "transfer" of his personal data?

6) I disabled (Programmatic limited ads), as you can see in file 1, so as not to show limited advertising. If the user in the consent window for certain US states from admob ump sdk clicks the button (Don't sell or share my data), then can he refuse the processing of his personal data?

Thank you for your reply. Admob sdk support please give answers to my new questions.

And if possible, please write the answers to my questions under the same numbering as the question, so that it is clear which question was answered.
I want to clarify with you the functionality of the GDPR consent window and the consent window for US states.

My old question and your answer

Question1: disabled (Programmatic limited ads), as you can see in file 1, so as not to show limited ads, and I disabled (Legitimate interest = Enable by default), as you can see in file 2. With these settings in the (Manage options) window, all sliders are disabled. If the user clicks the (Do not consent) button in the GDPR consent window from admob ump sdk, can he refuse the processing of his personal data?
Answer: Yes, clicking “Do not consent” in the GDPR consent window allows users to  refuse processing of their personal data.

--My new question:
1) The user can completely refuse all processing of personal data by clicking the (Do not consent) button in the GDPR consent window?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My old question and your answer

Question2 : I disabled (Programmatic limited ads), as you can see in file 1, to not show limited ads, and I disabled (Legitimate interest = Enable by default), as you can see in file 2. With these settings in the (Manage options) window, all sliders are disabled. If a user in the GDPR consent window from admob ump sdk clicks (Manage options), and then clicks (Confirm choices), without enabling anything in the settings, then can he refuse the processing of his personal data?
Answer : Yes, if a user clicks Manage options and then Confirm choices button without selecting anything, user can refuse the processing of their personal data

--My new question:
2) The user can completely opt out of all processing of personal data by clicking the (Manage options) button and then the (Confirm choices) button without enabling anything in the settings in the GDPR consent window?
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
My old question and your answer

Question6 : I disabled (Programmatic limited ads), as you can see in file 1, so as not to show limited advertising. If the user in the consent window for certain US states from admob ump sdk clicks the button (Don't sell or share my data), then can he refuse the processing of his personal data?
Answer : No, the user cannot fully refuse all personal data processing by clicking “Don’t sell or share my data.”

--My new question: 3)To my fifth question you gave the following answer - (Yes, the user can refuse the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal data if they click on the “Don't sell or share my data” button.) And to my sixth question you wrote that (No, the user cannot fully refuse all personal data processing by clicking “Don’t sell or share my data.”). But doesn’t refusing to “sell” or “share” your personal data mean a complete refusal of all personal data processing?
