Facing problem with linking legacy admob to new admob

Hello Everyone,

                      I'm facing the problem with linking legacy admob to new admob. I have read all upgrade guide but there is no option to link the account in account information tab.. please help me out with this, I have contacted with google but it seems they never help me for that..
