Keep getting this error from iOS SDK and confirm that account is approved from the admob dashboard. We were able to deliver ads before and suddenly it stop working.

Thank you for your question. Could you please share the following information: 
  • What is the account ID for the account that was approved?
  • When did ad delivery begin?
  • When did ad delivery last succeed?
  • Could you share any errors you see, either from your AdMob dashboard or your iOS device, that can help us diagnose the issue?
  • Do you see this issue on a single ad unit, or on all ad units?

Hi!

The publisher ID is pub-8292775986569450
The AbSense customer ID is 909-997-9234
The ad delivery began back in November 2021 but it was limited for two months till beginning of 2022 when all restriction were lifted. Now the account status is Open. I can see there is no restriction on the account and all ads are “ready”.
The error said "admob account not approved yet”
The issue is happening on all ad units.

We had $17.61 in account from the ads served previously. But now all our ads are not showing and we have no idea what could go wrong. We re-added our payment method, verified without problem.

Thank you for providing that information. This appears to be an  AdMob/API issue separate from the SDK. If you post your concern on the AdMob Community Forum or email publishe...@google.com you’ll be able to get the help you need to address your problem.
