Consent form not showing up for both Android and iOS

Hi

I am implementing GDPR consent form on my app using Flutter.

I have verified that I am using correct app id and placed the meta tag at the right place in AndroidMenifest file. Also, I have published the GDPR message on the Google admob console.

I have also entered correct test identifier as well as I have enabled debug Geography for EEA region.

The ATT message appears on iOS however, GDPR consent form doesn't appear on iOS too.

on admob, we have entered all the details of our android and iOS apps, but we have not entered payment details yet.

Could you please let us know the steps I need to make. Do I have to enter the payment details and verify the app?

No, you don’t need to enter payment details to show GDPR consent forms. Payment info is primarily for receiving payouts, not for serving or displaying ads or consent forms.

For GDPR consent on Android or iOS, you must integrate the UMP SDK. Kindly refer to this help center article for further reference. 

Could you kindly provide the below information via reply to author option for further investigation?

• app ID
• ad unit ID
• Mobile Ads SDK Version
