Hey Everyone,
I'm developing a Game in Unity and I'm trying to integrate Google AdMob. For Testing purposes, I've used the Test Ad Unit IDs from google which worked well. But when I change the IDs from test IDs to my own IDs which I've created in my AdMob account, ads are not showing. In my code, I've used a if statement which checks if the ad is loaded and loads the ad if it is true. else If the ad is not loaded then it should Display a Message on the Game containing "Ads Not Loaded". When, in my unity editor, I run the game, it seems like the  ad is loaded and it executes the if{} block (Showing Ads. But ads cannot be displayed in the editor.) But when I build the app and play it on an emulator or a real Android device, the ads are not loading/showing. I'm telling that because it shows my "Ads Not Loaded" message whenever I do something that should show the Ad. Please help me regarding this.

Please look at the image. If I press the button which calls the ShowRewardedAd() function in unity editor, the ad seems to be loaded(not displayed) since I get the Debug statement from the if block "Showing Rewarded Ads" and I get a Dummy Show RewardedAd log on my logcat. But when I try to do the same on an emulator or on a android device, it seems that the ad is not loaded since the else block is executing and that RAnotAvailable game object is showing( it is actually a pop up saying there are no ads to show).

Hope this information is sufficient. Waiting for solutions. Thanks in advance!!

Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Since you mentioned that you successfully display test Ads using sample ad units, it is safe to assume that your implementation is fine.

That said, could you please test your  Ad Unit ID with an enabled test device and let us know how it goes?

Also, you could provide your Ad Unit ID via Reply privately to author option so we could check it on our end.

Regards,
