House Ad - Banner not showing on the Edit Ad Page

As the title says, it not is showing, even though image was uploaded, and the edit saved.

The house ad campaign claims to have been shown 60 times but there have been no clicks. I am wondering if is not being shown.

I am using Firefox browser.

I am not sure what you mean by that. I thought Admob controls when and which devices are shown the house AD.
