Can't change my payment method in admob????

I want to change my payment method in admob, so i delete old payment method. After deleting, there is no option for add new payment method. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I was getting error in admob to add payment method, to click on FIX IT, there is no option available for add new payment method. Please help me out.
