Sharing information about the Flutter, iOS, and no-fill bugs

I haven't figured out the exact cause. I'll just share what I know.

Using Flutter. Using the Google AdMob SDK on iOS. Using ATT. When I try to use ATT, the "no ads to fill" message appears. The cause is Flutter. There's a problem between Flutter's app lifecycle management and ATT and the ADB SDK.

I solved the problem by removing Flutter and managing the app lifecycle directly with the iOS native API. There was definitely a bug in Flutter. I tried everything for two weeks.

I attempted to replicate the issue using the Flutter Google iOS sample project with ATT and UMP implemented. In my investigation, the consent popup appeared on the first launch, and ads loaded successfully once permission was granted.

To help us investigate the specific conflict regarding the app lifecycle management you described, please provide the following:

• App ID
• Ad unit ID
• Charles log capture of the error
