How to use Admob Native Ad in Unity？

i want use native ad in unity UGUI ,but admob unity sdk native ads is deprecated

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.

The Google Mobile Ads for Unity native plugin is deprecated. Use native overlay ads instead. If you want to continue to use native ads rendered as part of the game environment, fill out the Google Immersive InGame Ads beta request form and notify your account manager.
