Using SDK 7.50
Testing on iPhone X iOS 13.1
Xcode 10 (not 11)
There are some full screen interstitial ads that I cannot close. The close box is way up in the corner and I believe probably too high.
What settings should I use to prevent ads from drawing close boxes too high?
Also I am losing rendering of the upper area. It is all black.
Appreciate the help.

I tried our sample Ad Unit ID on the sample app and I wasn't able to reproduce the behavior on my end. It seems that this is a creative specific issue as you mentioned that some of the full screen interstitial ad's close button is way up in the corner.
That said, I would recommend contacting out Product Support team as they are more equipped on handling creative issues.
