Unity Admob Request Video Not Showing Up

Hello I am trying to implement Admob with Unity. I donwloaded the example codes from GitHub and built the application. All ads are displaying properly except for RewardBasedVideo ads they just wont show up . I am getting the following errors in my logcat 

Reward based video ad not ready 

Failed to instantiate adapters com.google.Dummy adapter

Failed to load ad:3

Thank you for contacting us. Error Code: 3 indicates that it is a no fill and no ad is returned from the ad inventory. Could you provide us your Ad Unit ID, so we can take a look and assist you further? Additionally, can you provide us information about your app, if your app is enrolled for the Designed for families or child-targeted? Please look out for an email requesting your Ad Unit ID privately.

I am currently using the testId for rewarded videos provided by admob its: ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/5224354917

Where can i check if my app is enrolled for the designed for families or child-targeted.

Hello Zohair, 

Thank you for providing the details. I was not able to reproduce the issue with our sample app. Can you confirm if you're adding any Targeting to your apps by referring to this documentation? Targeting information will be provided while making an Ad request. Can you also provide us the complete device logs and Charles logs with SSL Proxy enabled, so we can take a look at the request/response events?
