Advertise is prosponed in rewarded ad format

My application has 2 search boxes that prompts users to enter a combination of numbers and text. I've problem in one search box that is using Rewarded Ad format to show the results.

Upon entering the VIN search box, a pop-up notification emerges, informing the user that to access the results, they must first view advertisements. When the user clicks on the 'Watch Ads' option, the advertisements should be displayed, followed by the appearance of the search results.

In this process some users have reported that after clicking the 'Watch' button, they encounter an error message stating 'Advertise is prosponed,' and no advertisements are presented.

How can I fix this issue? Thanks.

(Other formats Banner, Interstitial, Native are working well. Programming language Flutter.)

  • No, I can't reproduce the issue becoz it's happen on some of the users not from me.

Since you've mentioned that you're unable to replicate this in your end, it appears that this behavior is only happening to a specific creative and users. We also tested your app, and didn't replicate the behavior reported and appears that the implementation is working properly.
