I was able to test your ad unit IDs (with our sample apps), and can confirm that I was getting ads on all of them (see attached screenshots). That said, I would recommend contacting the AdMob Help Center for further assistance on this ad-serving concern; the product specialists should be able to provide better insights on this. You may also want to check out our troubleshooter for ad-serving issues as well.
