Admob Banner Ads not Displaying on android app ?

Hi, Everyone,

I recently create one android app for my own, once finished I added the interstitial ads as well as banner ads, 

Now the problem is interstitial ads works perfectly, but my banner ads not showing, I am waiting for more than 3 days but still the same issue.

I checked the report section AdMob, its shows AdMob requests some values (250), Matched Requests 0 only. I don't know why its shows like that ??

how can I solve this issue? anyone help me ??

Hi,

There are a number of factors that could affect Ad serving on your end.

Were you able to load test Banner ads in your app? Could you test your Banner Ad Unit Id with our sample app and see if you still can't load ads?

For us to check on our end, could you provide to us privately the following information using the Reply privately to author option?

• Banner Ad Unit Id in question
• Complete device logs (including Ad event logs)

On the other hand, for any questions about ad performance and other statistics data, you may refer to this relevant article or reach out to the Product Support Team.

I checked other mobiles lower version works banner ads . and my mobile verison 6.0.1 dosent show ads. and check my friend same version mobile banner doesnt shows it . Interstial ads shows very fine no problme on it.

Shall i know any problem on this verison 6.0.1 or My Mobile Problem. I cant findout .

Hi,

As per this guide, the Google Mobile Ads SDK targets Android API level 14 (4.0.1) or higher. Thus, this is most likely not the reason why Ads are not serving on your end and we have no particular known issue about Ad serving on Android 6.0.1.

Since you were able to display Banner Ads in other versions, then it's safe to assume that your code implementation is correct. Were you able to test your Banner Ad Unit Id with our sample app?

For us to have a deeper look into this, would you be able to provide to us privately (using Reply privately to author option) the Charles logs (here are setup instructions) captured when trying to load Banner Ads on 6.0.1? These logs will give us more information about the Ad requests sent and the response data returned from the server and will help us narrow down the root cause of the issue.
