Can not receive any ads unless reset advertising identifier

Hi:

I'm using admob and/or mediation to show ads, I found on some iOS devices, after a period of time, my app will not receive any ads, the error is: No ad to show. but the ad ID is correct and can show ads on other devices, In this case, I must go to Privacy -> Advertising and select: Reset Advertising Identifier, but I can't do this on my custom's phone. is there any other way to do this? and/or other code to correct this problem?

Thanks for contacting us. Regardless if you reset the Advertising Identifier or not, there will be times that there are ads for your Ad Request and sometimes there will be none. Please note that this behavior is not controlled by the Mobile Ads SDK. Limit ad tracking is a feature introduced by Apple to handle ad serving on mobile devices. Please refer to this article on Limit Ad Tracking.
