Rewarded videos / Cannot find an ad network adapter / Reward based video ad failed to load.

Hello my name is Lucas,

I have tried many multiple things with the rewarded video ad from adMob I have made a view controller in xCode with a button to open another view controller(second). If the second view controller opens it should load the video but it always tells me "Cannot find an ad network adapter / Reward based video ad failed to load." but the test ads are loading fine without any problem... Maybe someone can help me here :)

It would be great to hear from somebody with a conclusion!

Thank you for the snippets. Since you're able to load test ads, it is safe to assume that your implementation is good. Could you share us your Ad Unit ID along with the complete device logs, so I can take a look at the error you're receiving? Could you also confirm if your application is published to the App Store? You can reply back via Reply privately to author option.
