Hi,

Thank you for contacting the Mobile Ads SDK Support team.

As you were able to load the Ads previously, it can be inferred that there is no issue at Mobile Ads SDK side.

Please use the following help center article to understand Common reasons for ads not showing and use the Can't See Ads Troubleshooter to debug the issue.

Kindly provide the below information via the reply to author option, so that we will review your account and let you know why ads aren’t showing.

  • app ID
  • ad unit ID
  • Mobile Ads SDK Version

Could you try once by enabling the Ad Inspector ? And then share the export request and response file generated from the Ad Inspector to us for further investigation.

Note:You can export the ad response only after you add your test device in the AdMob UI.

For detailed info refer to this AdInspector document.

Hi,

I have checked the account with the ID you have shared and couldn't find any apps linked to it. Can you give us the correct information? This way, we can investigate out what's going on.

Kindly provide the requested details via Reply privately to author option.

Dear team,

I am writing to formally appeal the ad serving limit that has been placed on my AdMob account, [pub-8772901605192227 ].

I understand that this limit was imposed despite my app not being published on any of the supported app stores at the time. However, I have since published my app on the Amazon App Store and successfully linked it to my AdMob account.
I kindly request that you review my account and lift the ad serving limit as soon as possible. I believe that my app is now compliant with AdMob policies and should be eligible for ad serving.
To facilitate your review, I have attached
 * Screenshot of my AdMob account showing the ad serving limit

Sincerely,

Jiruma Dogwo
