Is AdMob available for Windows Phone 8.1 apps developed using javascript?

I have used AdMob for Android apps. I want to use it for WP8.1 apps. As I am more flexible in HTML-JS than XAML-C#, I want

to know if I can use AdMob in javascript.

In case the sdk cannot be used for WP8.1 apps developed using JS, I want to know when it will be supported.
