We've tested the sample applications which you have mentioned and confirmed that ads are loading successfully there. The 'no fill error' you're encountering which means the ad request was successful, but the ad server couldn't return an ad because of a lack of inventory. Please note that the Mobile Ads SDK only requests ads and does not control which ads are served.
To investigate this issue, could you please share your app ID and ad unit ID with us via reply to author option.
