Bug: "Test creative types" values don't seem to work, don't have explanation, and also miss some ad-formats

I've tested these for native ads after I was told to try them out (here), and all of them seem to be ignored:

For example "text_display" doesn't display just text, but also an image for the MediaView...

I tested them with the demo ad-unit ( "ca-app-pub-3940256099942544/7342230711"), and also real ad-units. Doesn't matter which are used.

Not only that, but this link doesn't explain anything about what I'm supposed to expect, doesn't even have screenshots/videos to demonstrate....

And, it doesn't include all ad-formats. For example, no rewarded-interstitial and no app-open ads.

Please fix all of these issues.
