Store Connection(App Store Details) Issue

Hello.

I have some questions regarding Admob Store Connection.
Currently, our app is in Internal Test status, and we plan to release it to the Production Track shortly.

However, before proceeding with the release to the Production Track, we attempted to connect our app to the store via the App Store Details menu on Admob, but the app is not being found.
Additionally, the app-ads.txt file is not being verified properly, presumably due to the lack of connection between the app and the store.

To resolve the Store Connection and app-ads.txt file-related issues, do we need to proceed with additional steps after releasing the app to the Production Track first?
I'm curious if the following procedure is correct:

1) (Internal Test status) Change test ad ID to real ad ID.
2) Release the app to Production Track.
3) Input store information through Admob's App Store Details menu after the app is released.
4) Transition to the 'Getting ready' approval status by Admob internally after app review (At this stage, Ad serving limits Status will be lifted).

If the above steps are necessary, it seems that during the period until the Store information connection and Admob App Review are completed after releasing the app to the Production Track, the Ad serving limit status will remain, so I also would like to inquire whether ads will be displayed properly to users during this period.
