Problem with AdSense account linked to new AdMob

A couple of days ago I migrated from legacy Admob to new Admob but I'm encountering a few issues. I have used the same Google account as previously linked to legacy Admob and during the migration process it found an Adsense account already linked. Great so far - or so I thought!

I must have created my Adsense account a few years ago when exploring the possibility of placing ads on a website of mine. Actually, I never did. When I now log into Adsense it shows that I have not yet been approved - but I have no idea of whether I will be as the account is so old.

The main problem I now have is updating the Payee info - I am in the UK so should be able to change my Payee Name in my payment settings but when I try, I accept the T&Cs and then just see a blank screen with a checkbox to confirm that the payee name is correct - there is no text box or anything else to actually change the Payee Name. I am also unable to select any payment options.

So I am concerned about 2 things: -
1. I have no idea if my Adsense account will ever be approved (even though I am only using for Admob and have no plans to use for websites.
2. How can I change the Payee Name so that I can then select payment options.

Would really appreciate some help!
