Help with admob initialization

Hi,

What is the impact of this Tag com.google.android.gms.ads.flag.OPTIMIZE_INITIALIZATION  on the MobileAds.initialize() method? My app works with Open Bidding do I still need to wait for MobileAds.initialize or is it only necessary to wait when making waterfall requests?

I believe it is necessary to initialize the SDK through MobileAds.initialize() at most once before loading ads. Which also calls back a completion listener once initialization is complete (or after a 30-second timeout). Ideally, this is recommended to do at app launch.
