 Hi，I’m using OnePlus (Android 11) with Mobile Ads SDK version 19.5.0 during my testing ，Get this log

I have implemented sending a LoadAdError message into Firebase Analytics.
The statistics are terrifying: The 1/6 of all Ad requests complete with error "Unable to obtain a JavascriptEngine. "

My app makes about 600k Ad requests daily, about 280k requests complete successfully (onAdLoaded), about 320k requests failed (onAdFailedToLoad) , of them,  about 110k requests failed with "Unable to obtain a JavascriptEngine. " internal error.

Is this related to ad blocking software installed on the user's devices?  Or explaining how to get around this?

Can this be related to personalized Ads?  Wouldn't it be better for these users to use non-personalized ads (AdRequest with NPA extra)?
