low match rate(<20%) no banner or interstitial ads showing

after verifying pin in Adsense account ads are stopped showing in AdMob account. Match rate and fill rate both are going down below 20% in AdMob. But Adsense account is working fine but most of my users are from the android app (>10K).I tried to send feedback in AdMob section but no reply till date. App link below

I made this using thunkable app builder, created two ad units in AdMob, banner and interstitial. Then applied on four buttons on the first screen,(OK BEFORE 1 WEEK) now no ads showing, only Adsense ads on the website.

PLZ  HELP ME. I TRIED EVERY POSSIBLE WAY TO CONTACT ADMOB BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT. I AM LOOSING MOST OF MY REVENUE.

I would like to inform you that we do not support integration with any third-party plugin and/or platform such as "thunkable" so it is possible that they are contributing factor as to why ads are not showing on your end since we do not have visibility on how they are using the Mobile Ads SDK. I would suggest that you also contact their support team for assistance regarding your concern.

However, you may provide to us the affected Ad Unit IDs (using the Reply Privately to Author option) for us to check on our end. If possible, kindly also check if you can replicate the issue on our sample apps.

Thank you for providing to us the affected Ad unit IDs privately. They seem to have some sort of prefix that I assume is used by Thunkable. Kindly note that, as mentioned, we do not support any third-party plugins and/or platforms in this forum.

However, I tried them out on my end (without the prefix) using our sample apps and I was able to receive live ads successfully and consistently. What I would recommend to help increase the match and fill rate of your ads is to implement Mediation, so I would suggest you contact Thunkable's support team if it's possible to mediate on their end.

If you continue to have issues on this, then you may use our Troubleshooter for additional assistance from AdMob's perspective.
