‘No ad to show’ error on iOS even when requesting test ads with my package in AdMob

Hello,

I am reaching out regarding an issue with AdMob on iOS.

We have been operating our service with AdMob since 2022, but we are encountering the "No ad to show" error on iOS every time.

After reviewing the issue through various methods, we have identified the following key points:

1. Android is working fine. (Developed with Flutter)

2. When making ad requests with the iOS app package registered in AdMob, even test ads are not being served.
   → However, if the package name is changed, test ads are served normally.

3. There is a significant discrepancy between traffic and ad requests in the AdMob dashboard.
   → The daily active users (DAU) are over 100, but the ad requests measured by AdMob are only around 1 per day at most.

Additionally, when I created a new project for AdMob testing, ads were served correctly when I applied only the AdMob logic.
However, once I integrated Firebase, ads no longer showed up.

Considering all of the above, we believe the issue is not related to AdMob account policies or development-related problems.
If you have encountered similar cases or have any insights, I would appreciate your advice.

I have executed our Sample project with the provided details and was able to load the ads successfully on my end. Could you confirm whether the mentioned issue is reproducible in our sample project? and please share your app’s Bundle Identifier via reply to author option for further investigation?.

Additionally, could you please confirm if this issue occurs exclusively with your bundle identifier?
