Upon checking your account, there appears to be a billing issue, specifically pending Pin and On hold due to no valid instruments. These issues would cause the ad serving error you are experiencing at the moment. I would suggest checking this article (

Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue/ fill rate concern which is out of scope to our team. You will have to contact our Product Support Team (
