Ads not showing on some devices.

Hi, 
I'm seeing that ads are not being served to some devices. Could you please advise why that is the case and how I should remedy it. My match rate has plummeted since noticing this issue.

Thank you for providing the necessary information for us to investigate.

Upon checking your account, there appears to be a billing issue, specifically pending Pin and On hold due to no valid instruments. These issues would cause the ad serving error you are experiencing at the moment. I would suggest checking this article (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/3198657?hl=en) that addressed the problems for PIN. For address verification address, you may check the following FAQ (https://support.google.com/admob/answer/2772302?hl=en&ref_topic=2772055#:~:text=Address%20verification%20FAQs) to know more about it.

Kindly note that the SDK just requests an ad to the ad server and I'm afraid that it doesn't have any control on fill rate / match rate of your app. This is more of an ad serving issue/ fill rate concern which is out of scope to our team. You will have to contact our Product Support Team (https://support.google.com/admob/thread/new?hl=en) in order to assist you further on this as anything concerning ad serving and billing is no longer within our team's scope.
