AdMob Rewarded Video, impressions but no earnings?

I started to use new admob rewarded videos in my game. It have over 40 impressions but no earnings ($0.00)?
Why is this? I thought that you get earnings after watching whole video (30-40s), users get reward, I get earnings.
Do the users need to click on ad (just like on banners) to get earnings. If this is the case, I don't know who will click on ad after watching it for 30-40s.

Can somebody exactly explain how you get earnings on rewarded videos?

There are a lot of factors in play in terms of revenue which includes, but are not limited to, impression rate, click rate, etc.
