Hello,
I have an app for couple months in google listing. I have not published it yet because it is in testing mode.

My website is this: https://res-e-rve.gr/
The app-ads.txt is this: https://res-e-rve.gr/app-ads.txt

AdMob is like this for almost 3 months

I have searched everywhere and i cannot find a solution.
but still nothing.

The problem is that at the same time i have problem with the facebook login because it says "Error found while validating app-ads.txt. We couldn't find your developer website URL in your app's store listing".

This is ridiculous because I have filled the developers website as you can see in the picture.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to the GMA Forum.

I understand that you’re seeing the message "Error found while validating app-ads.txt. We couldn't find your developer website URL in your app's store listing". Kindly note that the for AdMob to find and verify your app-ads.txt file, be aware of the following:

  • Your app must be registered with Google Play or the Apple App Store.
  • The store listing for your app must include a developer website.

For more information, you may refer to this product support article. However, this concern is more related to Admob product scope. As our team can only assist implementing the Mobile Ads SDK into apps. I would suggest you reach out to our Product Support team instead. The product specialist there should be able to assist you further on this. In addition, you may also open your case at AdMob Forum if you’re unable to reach out via the support thread.

Also, you may refer to this guide from AdMob SDK in order to set up app-ads.txt for your apps. Feel free to reach back to us for the concerns regarding Mobile Ads SDK technical concerns, and we will assist you further.
