Admob Mediation - Unity3D [Internal Error]

Hello,

I have been using Unity3D plugin of admob [native ads version] along with mediation for Unity Ads, Applovin, Vungle, Facebook Audience, Iron Source. All ads are working fine on my device but upon analysing the my analytics I found there are lot of Rewarded Video Failures with a reason Internal Error. Also, few users have reported that they never see rewarded videos.

What could be the issue, since on most of the devices ads work fine but few have this error (Internal Error).

Unity3D version: 2018.3.6
Admob Version: 3.15.1.2

Also, I have another error Failed to receive ad with error: (null) on iOS devices, again filtered the error message through analytics. Device is iPhone7,2 and OS Version is iOS 12.1.4

Hi Syed,

Thank you for providing your Rewarded Ad Unit Id privately.

I tested it on my end and I was able to load ads successfully while other times, I got No fill error or Error Code 3 which means that there are no available ads. This is different from the Internal Error captured by your users.

Based on experiences by other publishers, below are possible reasons why they get Internal Error on their end.

• Account related such as payment information not yet setup or blacklisted bundle Id, however, if this is your scenario, usually, I should also encounter the same Internal Error on my end which I don't.
• If the Internal Error is encountered in some devices only or in some users, then possibly, there are Ad blockers installed in their device or in the network they are connected to.
• It could also be a transient server side issue.

That said, are the Internal Errors reported by your users only coming from your Rewarded Ad Unit Id? If available, could you also provide to us the PlayStore link to your published app in question so we can test it as well?

For some reason, I'm afraid my response to your private response (which incudes your Ad Unit Ids) reflected in the public forum on March 2 instead of last March 1. Could you check again my last response and share your new findings?

As for the "Failed to receive ad with error" you encountered in your iOS devices, could you also provide privately these Ad Unit Ids for iOS so we can test them as well?
