Good AdMobs suddenly stopped showing. Had worked well for 12 days.

Hi Everyone!
Would you please guide us on this matter. 

1. We launched a Unity Android mobile game on the Google Play Store about 12 days ago.
 2. The Google Admobs showed ads in Test mode(in the Unity Editor) and in the production android game. 
3. We started seeing the daily Admob reports showing the daily ad requests etc.
4. However, from 17/10/2021 we found ads are not showing on our phones. 
5. We checked and did not find any error messages in Admob. 
     Admob says that "Ad serving enabled" . 
6. There are no notifications except app-ads.txt. 
We are not sure if this is mandatory. 

7. However, there are no errors anywhere. Payments are setup.

It seems that you didn't receive my response previously. Let me include it here.

Upon checking using your Ad Unit IDs, I can verify that it is like an ad-serving issue. Kindly ensure that the following conditions are fulfilled in order to maximize the chances of receiving ads from the AdMob SDK:

You may also refer to common reason for ads not showing for additional scenarios, as well as the fixes for those and this ad serving limit article to know more about it. Also, you may also reach out to the Product Support Team for further assistance on such ad-serving concerns. 

As a side note, if you're having trouble receiving private replies from us, please check your Spam folder. Additionally, please add the 'From address' on that email to your contact list to ensure we aren't flagged as Spam in future messages. If you don't see a message from us in your Spam folder, please email us directly at mobileads-...@google.com referring to this forum thread.

Hi Pamela, 
Thank you for your response. Sorry , i dont know why i may not have received your previous response. As you suggested, I have added your mail to our contact list.
Would you please see the answers inline:

  • Fully complete the setup of your AdMob account, particularly the billing and PIN verification sections.
          => Yes , we have done this. 
  
  • Link your app to your AdMob account; you may have to wait for a week or two after publishing an app in order to do this.
           => Yes, we have linked the app to our AddMob account. The app is more than 14 days old on the Play Store and we were recieving ads on the game properly for 12 Days properly.  
                 The ads have suddenly stopped after working well for 12Days.
  
  • Resolve any policy violations in your AdMob account.
           => Admob has not reported any policy violations on the dashboard.
  
           =>  We have also contacted the Product Support Team , but received not response.

Hi Vinay,

Thank you for the response to the questions. One other thing we would suggest is to read over this article which talks about new apps. Also if you have tested with our sample IDs and everything worked fine, then that indicates that the SDK is properly installed. With that in mind, if you still see this issue continue over the next week or so. We would suggest that you contact our Product Support Team , as they have the tools to look into the ad serving.

As per checking again, I've seen that you are encountering an "Ad serving is limited". As you encounter Ads serving limited, you can reach out to the Product Support Team for further assistance on such ad-serving concerns. You can also check this ad serving limit article to know more about it. The link provided is the way to reach out to the product support team. If you already reached out to them using the form, I would suggest waiting for a while for them to respond. We hope that you get a positive response from them the soonest time possible.

Thank you for your email. Ad serving limited is for the IOS app, but not for the Android App. 
(We have not published the IOS App yet, so it does not matter. But Android app is published in the Play Store and the Admob dashboard is not giving any errors).
Would you please suggest what we should do.

As per checking on the thread, this is more likely an ad serving issue rather than anything specific to the code implementation of the Mobile Ads SDK. With this, we would recommend reaching out to the Product Support Team instead. The product specialist there should be able to provide an in-depth insight to your concern.
